Wow! Bon Jovi played for about three hours at Hard Rock Calling. The live audio stream on Absolute Radio sounded fantastic, and they pulled out some surprises that I certainly was not expecting at a festival. So much so that I'm more than happy to forgive Jon (who was reportedly limping in his leg brace) for finishing the show on that song I despise. :P

ReplyDeleteextremely jealous of the set list here, not that manchester was bad but some greats like 'Hey God' I would have loved to have seen live!
ReplyDeleteStream was FANTASTIC. I'm not sure us die-hards would've been as jazzed about this set as we were without such a great-sounding audio stream.
ReplyDeleteIt's the 21st century, I do wish the BJ camp would at least consider selling individual shows (a la Metallica, Pearl Jam, etc.)
Agreed on all counts.
