Richie Sambora - London set list 16/10/12

Richie Sambora's London stopover was perhaps slightly disappointing on paper after reports the show was being filmed and some hype heading in that there might be a special guest like Jimmy Page... but I also know from experience the harshest critics are usually diehard fans who weren't actually at the gig. ;)

Besides, The Answer was played again! :D

    If any show were to be filmed on this tour, it had to be London. What it lacks 'on paper' Richie made up for in the flesh; he was on fire and the band were too. These Days and The Answer were actually two seperate encores; Richie seemed to be having so much fun and said over again how he'd always remember last night in London. For his first encore he kept peeping around the speakers sending the fans into a frenzy and he was such a great front man, he was light-hearted and funny but also deep and meaningful when it needed to be. It was an incredible show full of passion and energy, probably the best gig I've ever been to.
