I was happy to see "We Weren't Born to Follow" dropped for reasons previously stated, but it's still not a terribly exciting set on paper. I do hope Jon stands his ground and keeps playing lots of songs from This House Is Not For Sale... though I feel like they could've rotated through the entire album by now instead of only playing the same few songs. (They repeated the live listening party four times so it's not like they haven't performed the other tracks before.)
Here's a video of "Born to Be My Baby":
UPDATE 20/2/17: Here's a video of Jon exchanging some banter with the crowd before the band plays "The Devil's in the Temple":
Were you at this show?
I was kinda hoping that "Whole Lot of Leavin'" would be dropped permanently for this tour, as "Reunion" from THINFS sounds similar and is an all-around better song (at least in my opinion).
ReplyDeleteI agree. I wish all of Lost Highway would be dropped. It has stayed very overplayed. These Days is a much better album that gets no playing time, and personally, I am a big fan Of Bounce....which gets no love whatsoever.
