JBJ at the Commander-in-Chief Ball

Jon Bon Jovi featuring Bobby Bandiera, Lorenza Ponce, Jeff Kazee and Everett Bradley.

LIVIN' ON A PRAYER

WANTED DEAD OR ALIVE

"Who Says You Can't Go Home" and "Here Comes the Sun" were also played.

Here's an interview of Jon with Katie Couric after the performance:

I wish President Obama all the best in these very trying times and hope he can bring unity and deliver what the world needs.

  1. Hey Lee! I don't know where the heck I've been that I haven't seen your blog. Oyy.

ANYWAY, it was fun watching Jon play last night at the Ball ... we were having a heck of a play-by-play on the fan club board ... especially rockin' out to that 70s band that playted beforehand. LOL

(Personally, I think they sounded better at the Clinton event last week ... hmm .. maybe because I was there to see, hear and smell them. Hahaha)

BTW, loving the Magic Memory posts ... I'm starting a Legendary Performances one soon ... anything you think should be added to the list?

    Ciao from the Big Apple!

  2. Hey, thanks for the comment! :)

Legendary performances... Wembley '95, Yokohama '96, Moscow Peace Festival '89, Jon & Richie "unplugged" at the 1989 MTV VMAs. Hey God at the MTV awards in '95 was pretty awesome, and just about any Dry County performance from '92 to '96.

More recently, stuff like Undivided in Randers and Stick to Your Guns in Amsterdam 2008 come to mind. There are more but I can't think of anyt right now.
