Greatest Hits album cover revealed on BonJovi.com

Behold the album cover of Bon Jovi's upcoming Greatest Hits. It's been great to see the vintage "Bon Jovi" font back on "What Do You Got" and now this, after a 15-year absence. It might be a one-off for the Greatest Hits singles and album, but I hope not.

The heart and dagger logo seems to have had a few mixed responses on BonJovi.com but I love it personally. Although I'm not 100% sold on the gold colour yet. What do you think?

BonJovi.com has also posted a photo of Brazilian model Michelle Alves modelling a new Greatest Hits T-shirt as Jon looks on.

  1. Dear Lee,

as I posted on FB I love it.

The font type reminds us 80's and the heart and the dagger is the true spirit of Bon Jovi!

Can't wait to see them in Brazil!

    ;-)

  2. I like the classic Bon Jovi font. I also like their logo but, like you, I am not a fan of the gold. It's just doesn't seem very artistic. I think this would have served well as the box set cover (still... why?) I thought Crossroads album cover was brilliant. Who knows, it may grow on me.

  3. The old school font is awesome and the cover isn't bad at all but my main fault with the cover is that it comes across rather impersonal and not very unique to the band. For example, if you took out the bon jovi name and put in any other rock band it woulnd't look out of place. Kinda like a generic rock band cover.

  4. I like it. In fact, I would go further than that and say that I think it looks great! The combination of the font, the heart and dagger, and I actually don't mind the gold. Makes it 'iconic' rather than having another photo of the guys.
